An experienced senior executive, Kerry Larson specializes in executive and organizational development. Twenty-five years of work with senior executives, individually and in teams, has won Kerry a reputation for effectiveness as a coach and mentor with an intuitive skill for assessing individual talent and organizational needs.
Kerry has a gift for building trust and a record for delivering practical results. Having worked successfully with organizations through rapid growth, mergers, crises, and turnarounds, he knows how to inspire others toward positive change.
Kerry’s ability to create powerful work environments is rooted in executive leadership experience. While he was senior vice president for people development at AT&T Wireless, it was named best large company to work for by CEO magazine for three years running. He has also been a senior vice president at McCaw Communications, and vice president at Teledesic and Avia International. Earlier in his career, Kerry was a senior consultant with RHR (Rohrer, Hibler & Replogle), an international consulting firm of organizational psychologists.
Kerry earned an M.S. and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Utah and a B.S. degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University. He has taught at the University of Utah, North Texas University, Brigham Young University, and Virginia Tech.
